Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales;
  • Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management;
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;
  • Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise;
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities;
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;
  • Market analysis.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven B2B sales experience is required
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is preferred
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar)
  • Experience in building a sales department from the ground up
  • Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast 
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration
  • Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change

Conditions


Job Type: Full-time, Remotely

Pay: Fixed Salary and uncapped commission based on goals performed
