We are in search of a Project Manager to join our Project Management Department. The candidate will oversee project coordination and drive efficiency to ensure project success. From Concept to Completion: Lead Projects That Shine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with English-speaking clients (B2C and B2B)
• Manage the full project lifecycle using ClickUp — from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, sales, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate client data and communication records in HubSpot

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client objections confidently
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Fully remote, full-time position (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
